Why are my dogs sniffing and licking my spayed dog's rear and pee?

I have a male dog and for the past few months he has at my female dogs behind, she is nurtured so she wouldn't be giving of any scent, he also seems to be licking her wee after she goes, my other female dog does also be at her, do you know what could be going on with her?? It's possible that Lulu may have urinary tract infection or some other medical condition that is changing the odor of her urine and making it more interesting to your other dogs. I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam when you are able to - he/she can do a urinalysis to check for any problems and get her started on antibiotics or other medication if needed.
