My dog is bleeding from his penis. Is there any home remedies that I can do until I take him to the vet

He could have an infection and need an antibiotic. Keep the area clean, dry, and prevent him from licking the area until you can take him to the vet. If the bleeding seems excessive or he becomes lethargic than he should be seen immediately to rule out a clotting problem. .

    Treatment really depends on the exact cause. He could have a urinary tract infection, urinary stones, injury, clotting disorder, etc. He needs to be examined by a vet, if possible, for a urinalysis to diagnose. If he has an infection then he will need an antibiotic to treat the infection.

    This could be due to a wound on the penis (from the picture I can see an area which could be involved) or possibly a urinary tract inflammation/infection. If Jack is entire, the prostate might be involved in this problem, so prostatic problems needs to be rule out as well. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
