Why is my puppy's poop honey-colored, thick, and has white balls?

My puppy feces comes out like honey the same color and kinda thick and it sometimes has little white balls in it. What does that mean? Is it normal for new puppies? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 13 days old

Penelope may have worms which is common in young puppies. If she is showing signs of being unwell with these signs then I would recommend making an appointment with your veterinarian. If you provide your veterinarian with a sample they will be able to check it for parasites and other possible infections and provide you with a suitable deworming regime.
