Is clear discharge normal for my pregnant dog? Can she still walk?

My black labrdor pregnent (day 39) female having a colour less discharge why it occurs and is that safe her to take to her walk (1.5km) approx distance 2 times a day..

This is a normal discharge, and as long as it's not yellow, green, or has a foul odor, I would not worry about it. As long as you walk her at her pace, stopping if she seems tired, then this distance is fine :-)
