I noticed a white worm like substance in my dogs stool. She is on antibiotics and antiinflamatories for an infection on her paw. Will the antibiotics take care of the long skinny white worm like substance problem??? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 50 lbs
