My dog is pooping liquid blood everywhere. What should I do now?

Yesterday my dog was going outside to the bathroom really frequently, like evert 5-10 minutes, sometimes he would just go sit instead of using the bathroom, today in the morning however he was pooping everywhere inside my house and it was all liquid blood, he would have bursts of poop and it smelled really bad, thankfully he stopped and is getting some rest though.
