My dog ate a bone. How to help with bone shards in intestines?

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT WOULD HELP DESOLVE SOFTEN AND EXPEL POSSIBLE BONE SHARDS FROM DOGS INTESTINE?

Oh dear! If you think that Rose may have bone shards in her intestines that are causing symptoms, there really isn't anything that you can safely to at home to try and treat this problem - she really needs to be seen by a vet right away. He/she can take x-rays to see if there are pieces of bone present. If they are causing a blockage or perforation of her intestine, she may need surgery to remove them.
