My German Shepherd's ears are still flopped. Will they ever stand up?

My German shepherd her ears went up when she was 5 months for couple of weeks and came down again now she is almost a year and her ears are still down she has no insects in her ear and she is in good physical health and her ears might go up for couple of minutes when she get attension for something or hear something weird what should I do ?

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do to make her ears go up, and stay up. Some GSDs have erect ears, and others don't. To me, it seems that her nervous system and muscles are working fine if the ears go up when she hears something, so I wouldn't worry about this, and would just embrace it as part of who she is.
