What can I do if my dog eats sweet potato pie

Sweet potatoes are not toxic to dogs, so I would not normally expect this to cause any problems apart from some GI upset if she isn't used to eating human food like this. So your pup will probably be just fine :)

    Sweet potato pie should not be toxic but could cause some stomach upset. If your dog vomits more than once or has frequent watery diarrhea you may need to see your veterinarian for treatment. Your dog may also be perfectly fine.

    HI, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sweet potatoes in moderation are not a problem. Your dog should be fine. I would hold off feeding her for 12 hours then feed as normal. Do not let her drink to much water-just sips. Watch her for an upset tummy (vomiting, lethargy and diarrhea). I hope this helps!
