My dog won't eat dry, wet, or human food for 2 weeks. What's wrong?

My dog hasn't been eating well he's went of dry and wet dog food iv tried a few diffrent makes but goes off them the next day, iv been giving him chicken , tuna or mince but starting to go off that too, what should I do? This has been going on for 2 weeks x. Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 7 days old

If he is gradually going off different foods including actual meat, there is probably something medically wrong with him, he is probably suffering from a gastrointestinal condition and needs to be seen by a vet. He will probably need a blood test or an ultrasound to find out what is wrong.
