how do i stop my dog from spraying everything and he licks my female dogs pee from pee pad he is 3 yrs old and i just about 2months ago i got him fixed and he still sprays every thing a poops on clothes. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 3 years and 4 months old | 5 lbs

I would recommend going back to basics with Tiny's house-training, just like you would with a new puppy - this means that he needs to be supervised at all times, or confined to a crate or a single dog-proofed room when you aren't home or can't watch him. Make sure to reward him with a treat every time he uses his pee pads. You will also need to change the soiled pee pad promptly after your female dog uses it, to prevent him from licking the urine.
