My dog has facial swelling, hair loss, and bumps. Is it allergies?

Hi my dog has been experiencing Swelling in different parts of her face. First it was on top of her nose but that went away, and then above her left eye but that went away. Now she's starting to swell around her right eye, her left ear, and the corner of her mouth. She also has a spot on her chest where the hair is missing and there are a few bumps. I was just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or if it is just allergies or something. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 20 days old | 24 lbs

It's probably allergies, but you need to find out to what, it could be something in her food or in the environment, start by changing her food to an hypoallergenic diet, don't give her any treats or any table scraps and see if the condition improves.
