My cat is old, he is thin he can't stand on his own, and has been having nasal drainage, and sneezing, and sounds like he has congestion. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 12 years and 8 months old

It is also likely that he has an upper respiratory infection. 12 years is not old yet (my oldest cat was 26 when she died!), but Doogles appears very ill according to your description. Please take him to the vet for an exam and blood tests.
