My dog ate chocolate a week ago. Why is she still sick and unsteady?

My 3lb Yorkshire terrier ate a small box of chocolates a week ago and was very sick vomited it all back up. But is still not right very lethargic and unsteady on her feet. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 5 months old | 3 lbs
