My dog's puppies died. Will her unconsumed milk hurt her health?

Hello i messeged u somedays couole of days before about a stray dog who gave birth and what should i feed her.. actually all her 3 pupa died last night as all were born very weak , will it effect the mother health? As like if her milk is not consumed will it harm her? What should i do?

Once the puppies stop nursing, the milk production will stop and the mammary gland will slowly decrease in size. The fact that all the puppies died might indicate the mother is not in good health, I would recommend taking her to the vet nd get her checked, I would also recommend having her spayed in a couple months from now.
