My senior dog has a painful ear growth with hair. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered | 11 years and 9 months old | 19.2 lbs

My dog has a little wart like growth on the inside of his ear. There is hair growing directly out of it. He doesn't like me to touch it or fool with it which makes me think it hurts him. Hes an 11yr old standard daschund

This growth needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take Bruce to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.
