My dog got paint stripper on his paw. Is it dangerous for him?

Hi. This is embarrassing. I was trying to get my dog's paw print for a gift and it turned out the paint was not suitable. I panicked that it wouldn't come off with shampoo and used some paint stripping. I know that's terrible. In the end it came off and he's alright now. I'm a terrible person. Will he be ok? Thank you

You aren't a terrible person! We all make mistakes :-) I would make sure to wash Tim's foot thoroughly with dawn dish soap and warm water to get any trace of the paint stripper off his foot. You do not want him ingesting it by licking at his food. Get his foot a long soak and a full scrub to make sure all of the paint stripper is gone.
