Why is my puppy not eating, bloated, and trying to vomit?

My dog is not eating since yesterday, all vets are on Christmas vacations. She's a 2 1/2 months puppy and her stomach seems to be bigger than normal. She tries to vomit but she can't. Please help.

your puppy may have an intestinal obstruction which is a life threatening condition. You can try to gently massage her abdomen to move gas and to reduce pain. Please call one or more of the veterinarians accessible to you . Even if they are closed, they may have left an emergency contact on the answering machine.
