Why is my 2-year-old Lab lethargic, not eating, and has skin issues?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 1 year and 11 months old

My dog is labrador breed. Age - 2 years. He is not eating anything except fruits. And always sleeping. And also is suffering from sebarrhoeic dermatitis. He is sleeping 20 hrs a day.

Oh dear! If Spike won't eat anything except fruits and is also acting lethargic (sleeping all the time), this is not normal - most Labs this age are very high energy and are always running and wanting to play. The dermatitis may be related to the same underlying illness, or could be a separate problem. I would recommend taking him to the vet as soon as you are able to - he/she can do blood work or other diagnostic testing if needed to help determine the problem and get him started on appropriate treatment.
