My dog got hit in the head this morning by someone while I was walking her she was jumping up to say hi and he overreacted and hit her on the top of her head she s been resting excessively, she was fine for a little while but then she started to lose appetite she wont eat, then she started bobbing her head side to side now it seems she can't fully close her mouth she can hardly stand she looks like shes almost paralyzed but she can still move her head and eyes and when Itch her she still kickes

She should be assessed immediately by an emergency vet with a view to starting antiinflammatory medications to reduce swelling from the injury and also to rule out fractures. Altered behavior and movement after a head injury is always a major concern
