My dog was bitten, vet says no hope. Should I consider euthanasia?

my 4 year old puppy was bit by her mother..and i went to the vet about 5 hours ago and they said their is nothing they can do about it..right now she is in a small box and she cries every now and then and I just don't know what to do ..do I just wait for her to die?

If she is seriously injured and cannot be fixed medically, I recommend taking her into a vet now for humane euthanasia. It would be better to let her go peacefully and without further pain. I'm very sorry :-(
