8 week puppy got vaccinations yesterday & heartworm preventive. (True heart plus) yesterday he had soft serve poop, today it was still soft but formed a turd. At the end, horever a orange-ish looked to be thickish substance came out however, should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Dalmatian | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 25 days old | 7.6 lbs

This is not likely to be related to the vaccine, it could potentially be related to the heartworm medicine but it is more likely to be as a result of something he ingested. Keep an eye on his appetite and stools in the next 48 hours, if it is getting worse- take him to the vet to get treated.
