My dog is vomiting white fluid, isolated, and not eating. What to do?

I have a dog she's 9 she had been vomiting white coloration fluid and her appetite has been poor. She's keeping herself isolated and mostly around cool places around the house. Please let me know what can be done asap

You could withhold food for the day and then try a bland diet, like boiled chicken and white rice, if the vomiting stops. If it continues or she becomes lethargic, then she needs to be examined by a veterinarian determine the exact cause and treat her problem. She could have an infection, parasite, kidney/liver disease, endocrine disease, pancreatitis, obstruction, etc. You vet can run lab work and take an x-ray, if needed, to help diagnose and prescribe medications to help control the vomiting and prevent dehydration.
