Poor Macho! It sounds like he is quite ill if he doesn't want to move, eat, drink, or go potty. If this has been going on for more than 12-24 hours, I would take him into a vet immediately, as he is seriously ill. He could have a systemic illness, infection, or injury. The vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms, and can treat him accordingly.

Hello. I am sorry that Rawlings isn't feeling well. Lethargy, inappetance and not drinking is a very serious problem. Rawlings could have an intestinal blockage, metabolic diseases, heart disease, or other concerns, however it sounds like he is very sick. You need to bring him to a vet. Good luck with Rawlings.
