My dog is unsteady, vomiting, dragging paws. Should I go to the ER?

These are very concerning signs - I would strongly recommend taking Jake to an emergency vet immediately. He may have a serious neurologic disease such as meningitis, or may have ingested something toxic. This sounds like it may be a life-threatening problem that should not wait until morning. The emergency vet can do a complete neurologic exam and may also do blood work or other testing if needed to help determine the problem and get him started on appropriate treatment right away.
