Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 6.5 lbs
Esha used to greet us at the door when we came home. Lately she hasn't been doing that. She is still happy to see us clearly. She eats, goes to the litter box and everything else. She just doesn't come to the door anymore. She sits on the very top of a scratch post we got and watches us. Someone told me that ad they get older cats tend to be a bit lazier and more calm. Could that be it?

If she is acting fine otherwise than it may be that she just doesn't feel like getting up and going to the door as adult cats can be lazy. Have her examined by a vet if you notice any other abnormal signs, especially if she has a decreased appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, increased thirst.
