Great question! I would feed a good quality food that is specially formulated for large-breed puppies, to make sure that your pup is getting the optimal balance of nutrients for growth at this age. Royal Canin or Purina ProPlan are both good brands - Royal Canin even makes a food specifically for Labs, so it would be great choice for your puppy :)

Any high quality Large breed puppy food will do. I am not sure what brands are available in India; however some of my recommendations are Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Wellness, Evo, Merrick, etc. If these are not available then look for the AFCO label on the bag, which indicates that the food meets certain requirements and regulations to ensure it is fit to provide your pet a well balanced nutritional diet.

Thor should be given a puppy formulated food. Puppies have requirements for higher amounts of protein, calcium, and calories to grow properly, and only a puppy formulated food will provide that for him. Brands I recommend include Royal Canin, Hill's Science diet, Purina ProPlan, and Dams. I do not recommend feeding meat and egg regularly, it should only be an occasional treat. Make sure the meat is low fat (white meat chicken with no bones), and the egg is fully cooked with no seasonings. You are doing the right thing by feeding him three times a day, and make sure you are feeding him according to the package instructions. Keep in mind as well that each puppy grows differently, and some may be smaller than others so I wouldn't be too worried he's not what the internet says he should weight. As long as he is healthy, eating well, and behaving normally, he will be fine. I hope this helps :-)

The best food for your puppy would be a commercial complete food for puppies form a reputable feed company such as Royal Canine, or Hills. I am not sure what other dog food companies do business in India, but you can get Royal Canine or Hills food from your veterinarian.
