Why is my dog having trouble walking, shaking, and losing balance?

My dog got up from her bed and is now having a hard time walking. Her back legs are shaking and she's dragging them around. Her equilibrium also seems to be off as well. What could this be?

This sounds like severe arthritis of the hip, it could also be a neurological problem, possibly due to some sort of intoxication. I strongly advise taking her to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated.
