My 7-week-old puppy has red flaky bumps on her head. What are they?

I have two seven week old puppies. The female has two red flaky bumps on her head and the other if close to her ear. They don't seem to bother her when I touch them or examine them. But male does not have any. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 12 days old | 6 lbs

Small bumps as such are quite common in puppies, in most cases they grow out of it without any treatment. In some cases it could be a bacterial or fungal infection, if it doesn't get better within 2-3 weeks- take her to the vet to get it treated.
