Why do my dogs have bleeding sores on their muzzles and whiskers?

Both my dogs have sores on the right side or there muzzle around the the whiskers and on one of them it is bleeding One of them has had it for awhile the other just got it and its starting to bleed

It could be caused by a bacterial infection, ringworm, demodex, allergic dermatitis, autoimmune disease, etc. Since it is bleeding, it would be a good idea to have your vet take a look at the lesions to determine the cause. Once diagnosed, your vet can prescribe medications to help treat the problem. They may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, corticosteroid, or other medications depending on the cause.
