What's wrong? My dog is scratching, panting, shaking, and collapsing.

I don't know what's wrong with him. He's showing dry skin flakes and has been scratching like crazy. Now he's panting heavily and he looks like he's ready to pass out. His hind legs are shaking and there are a few shakes elsewhere on his body. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 17 lbs

It sounds like your dog should be seen by a vet for a thorough examination to determine the cause. I am concerned that he looks like he is ready to pass out so please call your vet or go to an emergency clinic. It could be caused by pain, parasites, metabolic/endocrine disease, infection, etc. and your vet can do a workup to diagnose and then determine what treatment is needed.
