My dog's neck lump grew back after antibiotics. What should I do?

my dog has a lump under his neck , he had antiobiotics because it grew to the size of a golf ball. After taking the antiobiotics it shrunk to about the size of a grape, but it has now grew to the size of a golf ball again. His behaviour has not changed at all and he has not gone of his food. Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 30 lbs

I would have this lump checked out on Zeus given that it has grown again. It may be a cyst that needs to be drained and removed, or he may need a longer course of antibiotics. I would bring him into the vet in the morning during normal business hours.
