Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 4 lbs
We've been monitoring our little Maltese and found that it's her stomach{her uterus} is aching and that a gentle touch is hurting her. She also wouldn't let us touch her hind legs. We're going to take her for an exam tomorrow. In the meantime,do you have any advice on what I should do till tomorrow?

It sounds very suspicious of a uterine infection, she might need an urgent surgery, if she is in severe pain and very lethargic you should probably not wait until tomorrow. If she is stable just keep her still and don't touch the belly area, that is all that you can do.
