My dog's liver enzymes were slightly high as a puppy. Do I retest?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old

Last yr on normal checkup of liver function test his SGPT level come little slightly elevated so should I go for again regular checkup for his SGPT test after a yr or I should leave and forget that ? And any reason why when he was kid his SGPT level come elevated ?

It's quite common for a dog, even his age, to have slightly elevated SGPT levels, if this was the only issue with the blood test and if he isn't suffering from any symptoms I would probably leave it for now.
