My dog is vomiting blood and acting lethargic. What should I do?

Hi! I have a dog who is a Lhasa Apso and he's 4 years old. He's been vomiting the whole day. The vomits are some type of clear liquid and only once did he vomit containing a bit of blood in it. His back is curved and he mostly likes to sit and lay down. I would like to know why is he presenting these symptoms and how can I solve this. Thank you for the attention. The vet can do blood work and x-rays to help determine what is causing the vomiting and get him started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found.
