My 6-week-old puppy has green eye film. Is it an infection or blindness?

My puppy of 6 weeks has green film inside his left eye, and a lighter film in his right, my mom and i think he's going blind, but he dosent act like it. Is he going blind or is this some sort of eye infection? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 22 days old | 1lb

Without actually examining the eyes it is hard to know but It could be an eye infection. He should be examined by a veterinarian to determine the cause. If he has an eye infection, an antibiotic will be needed to clear up the infection.
