I have a 9 week old yorkie. She is always scratching, and has sores on her neck. What could cause this, and is there something I can do at home to ease her itching and help her sores to heal? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 22 days old | 2 lbs
