Dachshund dragging butt, sleeping more, no worms. What's wrong?

My dog is crying tears a lot, drags her butt across the floor and sleep a lot more. I took her to the vet to see if she had worms but it was negative. What else could it be? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 5 years and 11 months old

Chikis could have an impacted anal sac or an infected anal sac. She could also have a problem with her spine as dachshunds often develop intervertebral disk disease at 5 to 7 years old. You may want to get a second opinion from another vet.
