My puppy is panting a lot after vaccinations. Should I worry?

Hello, my puppy cavapoo finished having her last puppy jabs yesterday. Today she has been panting a lot more than usual but still seems to be her jolly self. Is this a common small side effect to the jabs and should i take her back to the vet? Thank you for your help.

Vaccinations often make the puppy tired, as the body is busy making antibodies. I's say, monitor her for vomiting, diarrhea, breathing problems, and if they appear or the panting appears to be turning into a breathing problem, or if she appears ill, then take her back to the vet for a recheck.
