Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 6 months old | 85 lbs
My black lab is 4 and I noticed recently he developed a little grey (skin colored?) hard bump on the roof of his muzzle next to his nose, very small. He had no issues at all, but it was itchy. Now a month later it's also developed in 2 spots around each of his eyebrows, just a small skin bump. He scratched the nose one and it bled so we've cleaned that up. Is this a skin allergy or something else? I'm currently in the process of finding a vet since my dog has anxiety and can't see just anyone.

I would be suspicious this may be s fungal infection, especially when it appears to be spreading. I recommend you get his checked and an appropriate treatment prescribed as soon as possible; be aware that some infections such as ringworm can be picked up by people also so handle with care until this can be ruled out
