My cat is foaming, lethargic, not eating, and hiding. What's wrong?

My cat is sick ..he has dirty shabby fur and is foaming at the mouth ..his eye is gammy and he is of his food and lost alot of waight over a short time 3-7days..he hides away so his symptoms weren't noticed until i heard lethargic cry's ..he does not go out and canto come in to contact with things that could be haserdes ..he keeps sleeping in his litter box since i found him a couple hrs ago what could be the problem and how do i make him comfortable. Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | neutered | 7 years and 11 months old

Please take Simon to an out of hours veterinarian or pet ER right now. It looks like he found something toxic. He will need to be hospitalised and treated symptomatically (iv fluids, etc) if you do not know what he could have ingested. Please take him to a vet now.
