My chihuahua is sleeping more and hiding. Is she sick or just cold?

My chihuahua has not been acting like herself the past 2 days. She has been sleeping a lot and staying under blankets constantly. She is easting but not as much as normal. She is normal very playful, I am not sure if she has a cold or is just cold from the weather change. Yesterday was the first truly cold day this year. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 2 years and 1 month old | 2.5 lbs
