My Labrador's stomach is swollen. Is it heart, gastric, or fluid?

stomach got swollen of my labrador from around 45 days visited 2/3 vets some told it is gastic problem some told heart problem i am confused

Hello, The abdominal distention and x-ray provided suggest Mac has fluid in his abdomen. Further testing including x-rays of Mac chest, an ultrasound of the heart, and an ultrasound of the abdomen are needed to determine if Mac has a heart problem, liver problem or intestinal problem.
