Pet's info: Dog | Alsatian | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 28 lbs
Our one year female German shepherd isn’t herself at all. She was fine this morning, but isn’t playful at all and just wants to be close and lie down. She doesn’t mind us touching her anywhere. She had her one year vaccination Sunday and she was fine afterwards, it’s just this afternoon. The only things I could find was a bone and a nail strengthened varnish that wasn’t closed properly but nothing else out of the ordinary. She has a 7months old brother who is his normal playful self. do we feed?

She is showing very general signs, for this reason it is not possible to know what is wrong with Lilou for now, you can definitely feed her as long as she is not vomiting, if within 24 hours you do not see any improvement- take her to your vet to get it checked and treated.
