Puppy sick, barely moving, vomiting. When to see an emergency vet?

our puppy is really sick and can barely move we gave him the Parvo medication and worm medication . That was like 2 weeks ago but now he is barely moving and cant hold anything down we have tried giving him warm milk through a medicine syringe but threw it right back up. Please help us what can we do that could help hmget better. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 10 lbs

Poor Rocco! It sounds like he really needs veterinary attention, and unfortunately there is nothing that I could recommend you try at home. If he has been vomiting he could be dehydrated and his blood sugar could be low. I would recommend seeing an emergency veterinarian as soon as possible since it sounds like Rocco is in critical condition.
