My puppy is bleeding from his penis. Should I take him to the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 1 day old | 90 lbs

my 9 month out Rottweiler pup is bleeding from is penis. his pee isn't bright red. but out of no where I keep finding blood spots on my floor including small blood clots. and I seen that around the opening there is blood but no redness for swelling

Oh no, poor Kyro! It's certainly not normal that he is bleeding form his penis, and he could have a severe UTI, bladder stones, or may have eaten something toxic causing it. Given his young age and the fact that I can't see him in person to say he will be ok or not, the best thing to do is take him into a vet now. The vet can diagnose what is causing the bleeding and how best to treat it. Good luck, I hope this helps!
