My Great Dane is lethargic after 3 weeks on SMZ TMP. Is this a side effect?

My Great Dane has been prescribed SMZ TMP for 3 weeks. However, for the last 2 days she has been lethargic. She has not had diarrhea or vomiting. She is being treated for large pimple like lesions around her muzzle. Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Female | spayed | 1 year and 4 months old | 135 lbs

I'm so sorry to hear that Kennedy is not feeling well. There are a number of potential side effects to SMZ TMP and they can often occur after being on the antibiotics for a period of weeks.
