My dogs erection is white and not his normal pink and he is a little off balance. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 3 months old

That concerns me that he might be anemic. I would encourage you to have him evaluated by a veterinarian soon. Anemia can cause mucus membranes to look whitish and can cause weakness which can appear as being off balance. They will likely want to check his red blood cell count .
