Is it normal for my dog to be picky and skip meals sometimes?

I feed my dog twice a day , Sometime she won’t eat in the morning other times she won’t eat in the evening, can dogs be picky and just skip a meal.This doesn’t happen all the time maybe once or twice a week! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 46 lbs
