This species can be fed similarly to other Cockatoos and there are a couple of links to good information about their diet below. The base of the diet should be pellets with a variety of vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes and seeds fed throughout the day. These birds are meant to be eating throughout the day, so it's good to feed them small amounts as often as possible. Keep in mind that they will often prefer seeds, nuts and fruits over vegetables and pellets, so it's important to ensure you limit the "junk" food. A good way to ensure he has food throughout the day is to hide treats and pellets in things like puzzle toys, cardboard boxes, newspaper, or toilet paper rolls. This way it also keeps him from getting bored. You can offer a small salad, or some rice/bean/lentil/oats meal in the morning and evening to make sure he gets other sources of nutrition. Ensure clean water is always available. https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/cockatoos-feeding https://www.thespruce.com/rose-breasted-cockatoos-390569 I hope that helps and all is well with Ellie.
